Premios Billboard 2016, aquí la lista completa de ganadores de la gala
Este domingo 22 de mayo se celebró en Las Vegas la entrega número 24 de los Billboard Music Awards, realizada en el T-Mobile Arena de Las Vegas, en Nevada, EE.UU.
Éstos premios (diferentes a los Billboard de la Música Latina), reconocen a los artistas más exitosos del año en EE.UU. según las ventas de álbumes, sencillos, transmisiones en radio, giras y uso de redes sociales.
The Weeknd, fue sin duda el gran ganador de la noche, al llevarse ocho galardones de los 19 a los que estaba nominado. La segunda en la lista fue Adele, quien recibió cinco estatuillas, por el éxito de su disco «25».
Luego de su espectacular actuación de apertura, Britney Spears fue reconocida con el Millennium Award. La trayectoria de Céline Dion fue premiada con el Icon Award, mientras que Rihanna se llevó a casa el Billboard Chart Achievement Award, gracias a la votación de sus fans.
